If the full game is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason. Write to Paddle, which handles our orders (use the link in the receipt e-mail, or paddle.net), or to us at [email protected] with the e-mail address you paid with.
After a refund the full game is closed again on your account; your progress stays, and the full game opens again with it if you buy it later.
Refunds are made by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the card or account you paid with. Your rights under the consumer law of your country are not limited by this policy.
